A determined mind, eagerness and consistency combined with good and effective coaching, can bring about a lasting positive change.

In ‘Fitness by Happiness’, I believe everyone should be able to work with a coach in order to improve their fitness and health despite their age, fitness level, budget or location. Thats why I am offering different packages and methods.

My training method:

We will establish and set your goals together. It’s crucial to our combined success to realise exactly what you are trying to achieve, why and when! Then together we will identify some short terms goals as well long term goals and also an affective strategy to achieve them.

By you being accountable to me and with my regular monitoring of your progress you will stay motivated, disciplined and focussed and there would be less chance of you losing your focus and motivation and slipping back into your old habits. Over time and with these positive changes and repetition we can establish a more healthy lifestyle.
